• All fees are clearly stated prior to purchase.
• We accept payments through PayPal or other agreed-upon methods.
• Late payments may result in paused service or termination.
• Refunds are subject to the terms agreed in the signed service contract.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
• You must not use our service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of any materials you provide for publication.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, and materials developed by Stacked PR remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Clients receive a license to use the final delivered materials for commercial or promotional purposes.

6. Content Disclaimer

While we guarantee placements on specific outlets, we do not guarantee the tone, editorial changes, or promotional impact of those placements. Editorial outlets reserve full rights to edit or reject content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stacked PR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice or liability, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business.

9. Confidentiality

We will not disclose any confidential information you provide us with, except as required by law or to fulfill our service obligations. You agree to keep any non-public materials shared by us confidential as well.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fremont, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
